TheRCF TRK PRO2 2×2 USB Interfaceis a robust, rugged, and highly portable USB-powered audio interface that provides 24-bit, 192 kHz AD/DA conversion and dual channel inputs and outputs for a true studio in a box. Ideal for content creators, musicians, singers, or anyone looking for a powerful and mobile digital audio solution, the TRK PRO2 lets you track, monitor, and mix in the studio or on the go.
The bus-powered interface is compatible with any USB-equipped device including Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices, and features zero-latency direct monitoring. The quality 2-channel linear preamp circuit provides the unit’s twoXLR-1/4″ combo inputs with selectable Mic, Line, or Hi-Z inputs, as well as 48V phantom power for everything from condenser mics to direct-in instruments such as guitar and bass. Balanced analog stereo monitor outputs can send either your analog inputs or software-based audio from your DAW to amplified speakers, powered monitors, analog mixers, or any analog device. With a durable steel chassis, low-noise converters, and an easy-to-use plug-and-play class-compliant USB connection, the TRK PRO2 is a highly versatile and cost effective audio interface for any aspiring producer or creator.
Three-Inputs-in-OneThe two inputs of the TRK PRO2 are flexible, multifunctional 1/4″/XLR combo jacks which can provide three different types of inputs to get the most out of your interface. Sporting a quality 2-channel internal linear preamp circuit, the inputs support mic input levels via XLR with selectable 48V Phantom Power for powered mics such as condensers or electret mics. Plugging a 1/4″ cable into the combo inputs provides crystal-clear line-level signals, and when the impedance selector is depressed, the 1/4″ inputs are transformed into high-impedance Hi-Z jacks, perfect for capturing direct instrument signals such as guitar and bass.Quality 24-Bit AD/DA ConversionThe TRK PRO-2 comes equipped with a quality 24-bit / 192 kHz DSP converter which can convert any analog signal into digital from 44.1 kHz CD quality to a high 192 kHz, as well as digital signals to analog for reference monitoring. The unit uses a simple USB connection and is fully class-compliant, with complete compatibility for macOS core audio as well as most Android and iOS mobile devices (with appropriate adapters). For minimal latency, Windows users should download the provided TRK PRO audio driver.Studio in a BoxThe RCF TRK PRO-2 is a compact, rugged, and reliable studio in a box that allows you to quickly and easily start tracking, mixing, and monitoring recording sessions anywhere with a USB-equipped device. The unit is fully USB bus-powered, allowing full functionality without messy power bricks. The USB connection not only serves as a power source but also provides two-way communication for converting your analog signals into digital for your DAW, or for playing back audio from software and sending it to your amplifier and speakers, powered monitors, analog mixer, or any other analog device via the balanced 1/4″ jacks in the rear panel. Direct volume control of monitoring, analog inputs, and the headphone output give you complete control over your session.Free SoftwareRCF provides a slew of free software bundled with the TRK PRO-2, including the DAW Cubase LE for use with Mac or PC devices, as well as the audio editor Wavelab LE. For iOS users, the Cubasis LE DAW for iOS, also from Steinberg, provides an easy-to-use and highly portable solution for digital audio production with your interface. Furthermore, multiple plug-ins are also offered such as the convolution reverb IR library REmatrix FIRST (made exclusively for RCF), the reverb simulator Overloud BReverb 2 Essential, and the realistic amp simulator Overloud TH-U Essential.
